Zinc-Iron (Zn-Fe) คือการชุบโลหะผสมระหว่างสังกะสีและเหล็ก โดยทั่วไปมีสัดส่วนเหล็ก (Fe) อยู่ที่ประมาณ 0.3 – 0.8% ในชั้นเคลือบ ซึ่งแม้จะเป็นสัดส่วนเล็กน้อย แต่ส่งผลให้คุณสมบัติของชั้นเคลือบดีขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
Zinc-Iron (Zn-Fe) is an alloy electroplating process that co-deposits zinc and iron onto a metal substrate. The iron (Fe) content in the coating typically ranges between 0.3 – 0.8% by weight. Despite this relatively small proportion, the addition of iron significantly enhances the performance characteristics of the zinc coating.
